I asked God how I could help people.

Do you ever do that—just stop, breathe, and say, “Alright Lord… what’s my role in all this?”

It turns out that he already gave me the answer. Two of them, actually: a pair of rough, capable hands… and a wife with healing powers.

No, seriously.

My wife, Melody, doesn’t just love people—she heals them.

Holistically.

She’s trained in energy work, intuitive healing, and various other practices I used to side-eye as a Christian man.

At first, I thought, “Crystals? Chakras? Burning sage?” I wasn’t sure what to make of it. But the more I watched her help people—really help them, body, mind, and soul—I knew one thing:

Her gifts are absolutely from God. Just like mine.

While she was out there bringing peace to people’s hearts and homes, I was helping them fix the drywall, hang shelves, replace the faucets, and unclog junk nobody wants to touch.

She helps people feel whole. I help them feel safe and stable.

Then one day, it hit us like a 2x4 to the soul:

Why not do both? Why not build a business that heals homes and hearts?

Presence & Property was born.

We started with two names under one roof:

• The Honey Do Daddy – That’s me. If you’ve got a list that’s been ignored, avoided, or downright feared, I’m your man. Fix it. Patch it. Paint it. You name it, I’ve got the tools and the coffee thermos to get it done.

  
  

• Instigate Divinity – That’s my better half. Energy clearing, chakra balancing, sage-burning, deep soul work. She’s the calm in the storm, the one who walks into a room and somehow makes the whole place lighter.

  
  

And instead of treating these as two totally different paths, we said, “Nah. Let’s build a legacy.”

So, we did what no YouTube DIY-er talks about—we formed an umbrella brand. And we wrapped it in something special: We placed our business inside a family trust.

This isn’t just a side hustle.

This isn’t just a handyman company or a spiritual healing gig.

This is our Family’s Ministry. This is Our Mission.

To fix broken things. To restore broken people. And to build something that our children’s children can be proud of.
